You want to reach the hiring manager directly.
But you don't have their email.

Here's the exact process that works.
The 5-Step Cold Email Process:
Go to the company’s LinkedIn page —> People —> Search for manager, recruiter, or someone in the role
Pick the right template and send it:
Follow up if you don't hear back [Use this template]
Here's what most people get wrong:
They send one email and wait forever.
Don't do that.
No reply in 3 days? Follow up.
Still nothing after 7 days? Follow up again.
After that? Move on.
Your goal: Get a coffee chat or a referral.
Why is this important? Forbes says referrals increase your chances of getting hired by 60%. Director-level referrals? 90%.
