3. Volunteering beats a certificate. Real work, even unpaid, proves more than another course on your resume.

4. Recruiters hire who they know. The most visible candidate wins. Not the most qualified one.

5. Following up after interviews is what gets you the offer. One follow-up email puts you ahead of 90% of applicants.

6. Rejections are part of the process. Every offer comes with a trail of rejections behind it. Get used to it and keep going.

7. Job hunting takes more effort than you think. It is a full-time job. Treat it like one.

8. Networking always beats applications. A warm introduction moves faster than 100 cold applications. Always.

9. Serious job seekers do not take more than 90 days. With the right strategy and consistency, 90 days is enough.

10. The market is tough for everyone. Stop waiting for it to get easier. Start taking action today.

Most people read these 10 points and think they already know this.
