Hello {{first_name}}

Last Sunday, I sat on stage with 3 seasoned HR and recruitment professionals in front of 200 job seekers.

Someone asked: "How do I get my resume seen by a real person?"

All three recruiters gave the same answer. Networking beats the system every time.

Here is exactly what they said to do.

1. Send "warm" cold emails

Do not ask for a job. That reads as spam. Instead, ask about the person's own career path. Ask for 15 minutes of their advice.

2. Expect silence, and keep going

One recruiter said she herself sent 300 emails before her first real reply. Consistency wins. Always follow up once.

3. Never stuff keywords or hide text to trick the system

Recruiters can tell. And if you get the interview, you still need to back it up in person.

Referrals are still the fastest way in. LinkedIn data shows referred candidates are 4x more likely to get hired than cold applicants.
